Where to set up?

Examples of places I've set up my table from biggest to smallest:

*I need just enough space to fit my table and be able to move around it.  Air flow preferred.  AC is not necessary, just whatever you need for comfort.  

*I bring the sheets, oil, music, etc. 

*Your skin will react best with the oil if you are clean.  If you have been to the beach recently or in your yard and have debris, sand, or dirt on your skin it can act as an exfoliant.  

Companies have been adding wellness packages for employees because it's been proven that the mental and physical state of employees brings higher work performance from them.  Massage in general can reduce stress, decrease anxiety and depression, relieve muscle tension and pain, lower blood pressure and increases focus and mental clarity.  What better way to show your employees that you care about their well-being?  Whether it be a one time event or a monthly or quarterly appreciation day, office massage can be part of your companies workflow.  In turn you can increase employee productivity, increase employee retention, decrease worker's compensation claims, and improve office morale!

Office massage is best set up in a quiet corner or conference room.  The flow works best when a signup sheet is issued ahead of time so everyone knows when to expect their massage.  You can decide on best length of time for your office anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes per person.  Examples: 10 minute massages for 20 employees, 15 minutes for 15 employees, 20 minutes for 10 employees.  If you have more than 20 employees that want a session I can always come back on a different day.  For example if you wanted to make your wellness package a once a month engagement I could schedule your office for every other week so everyone gets their session. 

*Office massage is done with the clients fully clothed and without oil. 

 Spa Parties are perfect for birthdays, bridal and baby showers, work celebrations, girls night in, or family time connecting together.  Having friends over to your house for a treatment means everyone not getting a massage is relaxing and enjoying time together.  Additional services are available to add on by BELLISSIMA BY MALIA LLC, licensed esthetician.   She offers treatments such as waxing, hydro facials, ultimate glow facials with derma planing, etc.
